Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Piermont, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of February 21, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The bid will not be awarded until the March 12, 2024, Board of Trustees meeting at 7:00pm.** Contract A- This Project will consist of repairing the masonry retaining wall, removing the railroad tie retaining wall and installing a new railroad tie retaining wall, installing drainage, and an ADA concrete sidewalk at the Piermont Community Center at 204 Hudson Terrace. Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the Village of Piermont, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, as a commitment by the bidder that, if its bid is accepted, it will enter into a contract to perform the work and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract.
