The Scope of Work includes providing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the FY 2024 Ultra-Thin Bonded Asphalt Wearing Surface, as referenced in Section 401 of the current edition of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including traffic control and other incidental items as identified in the construction documents.
