It is the intent of the Downtown Manchester Special Services District (the District) to bid for the general maintenance and landscape maintenance of eight (8) municipal parking lots located within the downtown central business district as well as other selected public areas. Services include removal of litter and debris; mowing, blowing, and trimming; flower and shrub bed maintenance, planting, weeding and watering; public street planter planting, watering and maintenance; and leaf removal from specified contracted locations.
