The work will consist of the following: (a)Drainage Improvements in various, known locations in Allegany and Garrett Counties. Locations Garrett County: 1. Us 40 Alt at Driveway House # 19847 2. Us 219 Near Big Deli Dogs at Grantsville Plaza 3. Us 219 at Garrett Hill 4. Md 42 Near Gap Run Road 5. Md 135 at Weber Road Allegany County: 6. Ramp From I-68 Wb to Off Ramp to Vocke Road South 7. Us 40 Alt at Md 55 8. I-68 at Md 936 9. Us 220 at Prision (220' North of Prison Entrance) 10. Md 36 Location 1 11. Md 36 Location 2 12. Md 36 Location 3 13. Md 36 Location 6 14. Md 36 Location 7 15. Md 36 Location 8 Pre Bid Conference: A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this contract. Minimum wage rates for each Project, if applicable, have been pre-determined by law and are set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bids must only be made upon the latest electronic proposal forms (and attachments) that are furnished by the Administration. In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00. However, bids $100,000.00 and above will not be considered unless a Bid Security is submitted as outlined in the Invitation for Bids. Bid Security shall equal at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Also, the successful bidder will be required to supply Payment and Performance Bonds for all Contracts in excess of $100,000.00. The SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
