General Contract Estimated Cost Base Bid $ 2,770,000.00 Alternates Alternate 1 $300,000.00 Alternate 2- $35,200.00 Alternate 3- $380,000.00 This project entails the performance of the following work: 1. North Campus Lawn: Project include site demolition and preparation, storm water underground, site grading, walls, stairs and railings, concrete sidewalks and service areas, site lighting, irrigation and landscaping, decorative water fountain, and related site improvements. 2. Other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents, but not necessarily described above. 3. Drawings, Use of: Do not scale the Drawings. If the Contractor chooses to calculate measurements by scaling the Drawings, it is at their own risk and is not considered to be an accurate measurement. The Contractor is responsible for the accuracy of measurements, elevations, lines, and grades of the Work.
