The County of Sonoma Regional Parks is soliciting this invitation for bids for a fuel pump replacement located at Spud Point Marina, contractor shall be responsible to obtain all required permits and to provide all engineering, equipment, materials "not provided by the County of Sonoma" and labor required to install three (3) new replacement fuel pumps. The County of Sonoma to provide the attached list of materials entitled "Attachment 1A County Provided Material List." The project address is located at Spud Point Marina at 1818 Westshore Rd., Bodega Bay, CA 94923. Bids shall be for the total net price including all applicable charges. The County will not honor charges not recorded in your bid. Any bid received by the County after the Bid Deadline will not be opened. AWARD: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder based on the specifications noted in the bid. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids or in the bidding. LOCAL SUPPLIER PREFERENCE: Sonoma County gives local businesses a preference in formal solicitations of services as set forth in the County's Local Preference Policy for Services.
