Proposals are NOT being requested, nor accepted at this time. Responses are being requested from both large and small businesses. The park will remain open with limited parking. The site requires protective measures to ensure the surrounding area remains undisturbed. The structure is a historic/cultural resource. The anticipated period of performance is 18 months including any potential weather shutdown. Winter construction will be required. No official LEED certification will be sought on this project.
