Site work and paving for a civil project in Waxahachie, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project generally includes traffic signal improvements, pedestrian signal improvements, and approximately 276 SY of concrete paving improvements at the intersection of Northgate Drive and US 77. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance bond, a Material and Labor Payment Bond, all upon the form provided in the amount of 100% of the contract price, and a 2-year Maintenance Bond provided in the amount of 25% of the contract price, from an approved surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety or other sureties acceptable to the Owner. The right is reserved, as the interest of the Owner may require, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received.
