Sealed bids are requested by the City of Waxahachie to furnish all labor, material, and equipment, and perform all work required for the GRAHAM STREET RECONSTRUCTION project. Question Submission Deadline: February 14, 2024, 12:00pm This project generally includes the reconstructing 0.33 miles of Graham Street in Waxahachie, TX, from US 287 Business (M.L.K. JR BLVD) to Peters Street including side street approach connections with Perry Ave, Brackens St, and Drexal Dr. The pavement section for Graham St will consist of 30' B/B 7" thick concrete paving with 6" monolithic curb and 8" lime stabilized subgrade. Side street pavement sections will consist of 30' B/B 6" HMAC over 8" lime stabilized subgrade with concrete curb and gutter. The project also includes signing and striping, street lighting, new storm drain system, 8" waterline replacement, and 10" sanitary sewer line replacement. Bidders who wish to submit electronically shall use the "Vendor Submissions" and "Pricing Table" tab on OpenGov, to respond to this bid. The "Pricing Table" tab will satisfy the "Bid Proposal" submittal requirement. If the bidder chooses to submit the response electronically, the required documents shall be submitted through the "Vendor Submissions" tab. This option is highly preferred by the City. Paper Hard-Copy submittals need not use the "Vendor Submissions" and "Pricing Table" tab. If a paper bid response will be submitted, the bidder may use the Bid Proposal Excel spreadsheet provided in the attachments and complete the Graham Street Contract Docs & Specifications packet accordingly.
