The City of Fernandina Beach, Florida (City) is accepting competitive sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide professional services related to the update of the CITY'S Historic Downtown Design Guidelines Update. The project will involve working primarily with the Planning and Conservation Deputy Director throughout the update process. Because the scope of updates has already largely been defined, there is not anticipated to be a need for public workshops outside those able to be handled by the Preservation Planner and the Historic District Council. The City expectsthree public meetings for presentation purposes to the Historic District Council and one public meeting at the City Commission.
