The Contractor's License Requirement for this contract is a California State Contractor's License, General Engineering Contractor, License A or Earthwork and Paving Contractor, License C-12 , in accordance with the provisions of Division 3, Chapter 9, of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California. The District has set a goal of (4) percent of the total dollar value of the prime Contract to small business (SBE) concerns. A bidder can meet this goal by being an SBE prime or through use of SBE sub participants Award of the contract, if made, will be within 120 calendar days after bid opening date. A bid guarantee in accordance with Subsection 5.6.2 of the General Condition is required with submission of a bid. No Bidder may withdraw a bid after the date set for bid opening.
