The RM of Cut Knife No. 439 is seeking tenders for our 2024 gravel haul for the placement of 8000 plus yards of gravel over approximately 100 miles of road. Gravel will be taken from stockpile at the municipal gravel pit at NE 23-44-22-W3rd. All gravelling is to be completed by July 31st, 2024. Tenders must provide: o cost per yard per mile with minimum haul at 5 miles, o list of available trucks, including safety certifications, o proof of insurance with minimum $2,000,000 liability coverage, o WCB letter of good standing. Cost per yard per mile shall be considered inclusive of the bidders cost to supply of all supervision, labour, materials, equipment, tools and all other thing necessary for the complete supply of the intended work excepting that the R.M. of Cut Knife prefers to supply their own loader with 3 yard scaled bucket at the pit The R.M. of Cut Knife No. 439 reserves the right to reject any and all tender applications.
