The RM of Cut Knife No. 439 is seeking tenders for the 2026 gravel haul and the placement of 8000 plus yards of gravel over approximately 100 miles of road. Gravel will be taken from stockpile at the municipal gravel pit at NE 23-44-22-W3rd. Gravelling is expected to commence on or about June 1st, 2026 and is to be completed by July 31st, 2026. Tenders must provide the - cost per yard per mile with minimum haul at 5 miles, - list of available trucks including safety certifications, - proof of insurance with minimum $2,000,000 liability coverage, and a - WCB letter of good standing. The cost per yard per mile shall be considered inclusive of the bidder's cost to supply all supervision, labour, materials, equipment, tools and all other things necessary for the complete supply of the intended work, excepting that the R.M. of Cut Knife prefers to supply their own loader with 3 yard scaled bucket at the pit.
