Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Sealed tenders are invited for the boiler replacement at Regency Crescent Housing, located at 3780 & 3790 Regency Crescent, Regina. Tenders must be submitted on the form provided by the Consultant and must include a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque amounting to 10% of the bid. Tenders are accepted only from qualified general contractors, and the owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties not reasonably acquainted with the specified class of work. There is a mandatory site walk-through for contractors, which requires notification to HDA Engineering Ltd. at least 24 hours in advance. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and these conditions also extend to sub-contractors.
