The City is looking to procure the services from more than one vendor to provide the supply of hot mix asphalt on an "as needed" basis for the upcoming construction season (April - November) of 2026. For the annual backup supply of hot mix asphalt usage for the last five (5) years, however, these quantities are not in any way guaranteed, and the City reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities or eliminate items during the contract period.
