The work shall be completed within 180 calendar days from the start date of the contract. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquidated damages of $350.00 per calendar day as specified in the "General Conditions." Prevailing wage rates apply to all contracts in the amount of $250,000 or more. Wage rates applicable to projects of $250,000 or more are attached to the specifications. The base bid shall include without limitation, labor, materials, bailing, shoring, removal, overhead, profit, insurance (including builder's risk insurance, if applicable) etc.

Barrack (N), located at 7615 Montrose Road, Potomac, MD 20854, Montgomery County. The
successful contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, means and
methods as required for the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC/Mechanical equipment
indicated in sub-section (B) of this project manual. All work, in this turnkey project, is to be
performed in accordance with the documents, drawings, specifications, and references contained in
this scope of work.
