The Southern Nevada Water Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested firms for products, maintenance and/or support services that will substantially enhance compliance with the SNWA's mandatory seasonal landscape watering restrictions. If selected, Proponents will supply study participants with smart irrigation controllers programmed for compliance with the SNWA's mandatory seasonal watering restrictions, provide participant controller and water use data to the SNWA for analysis, and participate in related study training and recruitment efforts as further described in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
