Specifications for the purchase and Delivery of Janitorial Supplies for the County of Fayette. for the purchase and delivery of janitorial supplies for the remainder of the 2024 calendar year and continuing until January 2025. All bids submitted pursuant to this advertisement must be SEALED and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with Bid Number 24-01. All Prices shall include shipping and handling to each building (all buildings are within 6 miles of downtown Uniontown, Pa) The county may request samples of items that have not been used by staff in the past. Include one copy of the MSDS on all items bid. All bidders may bid any or all items requested. There is no minimum or maximum amount purchased of each item throughout the year, as well as for each order. Prices should be set for February 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025. All deliveries are to be made within 5 working days from the date of receiving the purchase order. Purchase orders will be called in, faxed or emailed. If you have a delivery day for this area, please indicate the delivery day. The Fayette County commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof. If you are awarded a product, we may request a sample before ordering.
