Renovation of a transportation facility in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The main items of work involved in the proposed project are: The second floor will be renovated to include a new commercial foodservice and bar station operated by Tailwind Concessions. An existing planning room on the second floor will be transformed to include refrigeration, freezer, and dry food storage, as well as a new water heater and mop sink. A new waste line and grease interceptor will be added and will tie into the existing sewer main in front of the terminal building. Construction for this project is expected to take 140 Working Days. Anticipated start is Spring 2024.
