Remodeling and renovation of a multi-residential development in Ripley, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 37,778-square-foot, one-story above grade, 35-unit multi-residential development.
Here is some of the project information that includes, but is not limited to: Renovations of existing duplexes in the Chapel Circle and Cresent Heights neighborhoods in Ripley, TN. The buildings are existing +/- 1960's CMU /brick envelope with wood truss roofs. Total scope is 35 units in Chapel Circle 36 in Crescent Heights. Interior scope includes replacement of all finishes, including flooring, cabinets, countertops, and paint. Each unit will recieve new low flow plumbing fixtures (existing tubs will remain and be re-surfaced), new fixtures, new HVAC, & LED lighting. All doors will receive lever hardware. Blown-insulation will be added to the attics. There are 2 ADA units in each neighborhood, which will be reconfigured and adapted to be compliant with ADA, UFAS, & ANSI 117.1 Each neighborhood has an outbuilding which will be adapated for business center and laudry for the tenants. All questions related to the Contractor's preparation of the bid proposal shall be directed in writing to the design team via the project Bid Site on Roundhouse. RFIs will be accepted until 5pm EST on January 19, 2024,
