SUMMARY OF THE WORK A. The Work of this Project includes the pavement reconstruction of the south parking lot, the creation of a stormwater retention pond serving the south parking lot, and the restriping of the north parking lot. The south parking lot will be painted with markings for CDL training and Bus Roadeo competition. A windshield washer fluid tank and dispensing system will be installed in the facility. Three new 30,000 lb. capacity vehicle service lifts and one new 10,000 lb. capacity vehicle service lift will be installed and the slab depth will be increased to support the lifts. Two tire carousel rooms will be built and CMDA fire sprinklers installed within this area. A vertical tire storage carousel will be installed in each room. The bus maintenance technicians office will be enlarged, and finishes, HVAC, fire sprinklers, and electrical power and data will be extended to the new office area. B. All work must be accomplished compliant with OSHA regulations, as expressed in 29CFR1910 and 29CFR1926. Further, all contractors must identify their Designated Competent Person to the CAR.
