Site work for a civil project in Lyford, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of improving flood mitigation efforts by installing a drainage trunkline. The drainage trunkline is to be approximately 3,910 ft in length installed from Parker Road south along the East ROW of Business 77 and is to outfall into the existing drainage system the West Hidalgo Main Drain. It is our understanding that the proposed site will accommodate the construction of a new trunkline. It is also our understanding that the site of the proposed trunkline will be approximately 3,000 feet in length. The site construction for the proposed structure is anticipated to be on a slab-on-grade or on-fill foundation provided expansive, soil-related movements will not impair the performance of the structure.
