Reference Number 0000339414 Question Acceptance Deadline 01/17/2024 02:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All inquiries and questions should be submitted online via Purchasing Agent: Lisa Hollerbach Lisa.Hollerbach@state.co.us CDOT currently collects roadway condition data and images for all state-maintained highways (On-System roadways) and non-state-maintained roads (Off-System roadways) for Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) reporting. The purpose of this Contract is the surveying of all On-System roadways and Off-System roadway samples through the collection of images and pavement condition data for HPMS reporting, as required by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The data is also used for project planning and performance management. Contractor shall provide the Work at the rates submitted in the Proposal. Contractor shall collect and deliver approximately 13,150 miles of data and images to CDOT on an annual basis. It is anticipated that the amount of miles of data and images collected and delivered by Contractor may vary within a given year or from year-to-year. In the event additional data and image collection services are needed by CDOT from Contractor beyond the initial 13,150 miles to be funded in the initial Contract encumbrance, CDOT will add additional funding to the Contract for these services by issuance of an Option Letter pursuant to Section 5.C of the State of Colorado Contract. 2024 Collection Year: As detailed below, the 2024 year of the awarded contract will require a compressed collection schedule in order to meet CDOT's reporting requirements. The following contract extension years will resemble the example schedule shown below in Section XII of this SOW. The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof, and to waive informalities or irregularities. By submission of a proposal, proposer agrees to the State of Colorado terms and conditions.
