Contractor is responsible for locating all utilities in the work area and is responsible for repair to any damaged utilities or facilities. 3. Vendor / Contractor is responsible for clean up of any debris or damage from their work on the project. 4. The Director of Public Works or his designee will perform final inspection before last invoice is paid. Any problems will be communicated to the contractor. 5.
