Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Smyrna, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project will replace the existing bridge rail and curb with repairs on the Rock Springs Road Bridge and adjacent roadway. This project will include the demolition of the existing bridge rail and curb and replace with new rails and sidewalk on one side. The project total length is 0.075 miles. The project will also include installation of guardrail end terminals and resurfacing. The Town of Smyrna reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
