The City of Bellevue (City) is requesting proposals for consultant services in architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, engineering, community engagement, market/economic analysis, and partnership structuring. The selected consultant will assist the City in site assessment, planning, and development scoping for City-owned properties located along the Grand Connection corridor. The outcome will be a transit-oriented development program informed by community vision and policies that includes proposed uses, design integration with surrounding neighborhoods, and implementation strategies. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This RFP does not obligate the City to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a proposal. Furthermore, the RFP does not obligate the City to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services. The successful party must comply with the City of Bellevue equal opportunity requirements.
