Renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Province of British Columbia, in collaboration with our retained design team professionals, is planning the Robson Square Asset Life Cycle Extension initiative. This project focuses on the base building Mechanical and Electrical system upgrade and will include, but is not limited to, HVAC Plant equipment such as cooling towers, chillers, pumps and their associated HVAC equipment such as, fans, air handling units, fan coils, and fire protection equipment such as sprinkler; as well as electrical components such as, MCCs, Electrical panels and breakers. The location of this project will be at Robson Square Law Courts, a prestigious establishment in downtown Vancouver, BC, often referred to as Robson Square, an iconic structure that spans over 800 Hornby Street, 800 Robson Street, and 800 Smithe Street.
