2/1/2024 - UPDATE QUESTION & ANSWER DOCUMENT HVAC maintenance & repair services The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS) Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Center for Plant Health Science and Technology (CPHST) located at 13601 Old Cutler Road in Coral Gables seeks a contractor to provide Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) preventative maintenance and repair services. Repair and Maintenance of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's) is included under the Scope of this Contract. Services will be performed at multiple locations at the following location: USDA APHIS CPHST 13601 Old Cutler Road Coral Gables, FL. 33158 Contractor is responsible for maintaining the HVAC system and keeping it in good working conditions and perform repairs on an as needed basis Please see Solicitation Package attached for details and instructions.
