Renovation of a hospitality development in San Jose, California. Design plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.
Per the owner, as of March 25, 2025, an award has been made for this solicitation. The owner states that the drawings and plans are still in the works, so a construction start date has yet to be established. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ Agency is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide architectural services in accordance with the Scope of Work described in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The successful proposer will assist the Agency in repurposing and renovating the Comfort Suites, located at 1510 N 1st Street, San Jose, CA. There are two sets of scopes the Agency is exploring, temporary rehabilitation or permanent rehabilitation, and will need the help of the architect to explore both options and determine the best route. Deadline to submit questions/requests for clarifications via online only. January 26, 2024 @ 4:00 PM PST Agency reserves the right to amend through addenda, to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in the solicitation process, or to terminate the process at any time, if Agency deems it necessary or in its best interests.
