Remodeling of a warehouse / distribution facility in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The Project consists of removal of existing and installation of the new freezer and refrigerator mechanical units at the District Service Center Warehouse. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors license(s): B. The Bidder license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Franklin-McKinley School District, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Form and Proposal, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the services as stipulated in the bid. Questions received less than three (3) calendar days prior to the date for opening bids may not be answered. Question Deadline 01/30/2024
