This RFP is an invitation by the University of Guelph to prospective Respondents to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of a Wayfinding Solution, as further described in the RFP. The University requires a wayfinding solution that will provide: Exterior building to building wayfinding (with accessibility routing) to all buildings across the Guelph campus (excluding maintenance buildings). Interior mapping (to classrooms, reception areas, labs, study areas, washrooms, amenities) provided for all in-scope buildings on campus. Smart accessible navigation to points of interest through smart interior positioning inside buildings where GPS/wi-fi signals are not available. The proposed solution must be cloud based, the University is not looking for on-premise hosted solutions. The successful proponent is expected to deliver: Licensing for the software solution; Professional services required to implement the solution, including setup, configuration, data migration, system integrations and testing; Initial user training; Ongoing technical support and maintenance, including updates, patches, troubleshooting. It is the University's intention to enter into the agreement with one (1) legal entity. Registration is free of charge. The University will not accept any prospective proponent's communications by any other means. Note the University will be closed for the Holidays from December 22. Responses to questions will be issued after January 3rd. Dec 15th 2023, 4:00 PM EST - Jan 5th 2024, 2:00 The term of the agreement is to be for the full implementation of the project including setup, configuration, data migration, system integrations, testing, go-live activities and technical support for five (5) years immediately following the conclusion of initial implementation, with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for additional terms of up to three (3) additional one (1) year terms.
