**As of March 19, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** The Town of Superior (Grantee) has been awarded a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) through the Arizona Department of Housing for Lime Street Improvements. The Town will accept bids from qualified firms registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to perform the following services: CDBG funds will be used for the milling down of Lime Street to a stable base and re-paving Lime Street from Lobb Avenue to High School Avenue (approximately 1,210 lineal feet, 30 to 40 feet wide). If the asphalt must be completely removed, the base material under the street will be evaluated and replaced if testing indicates the need. Deadline for Questions Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 5:00 p.m Minority, woman-owned and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to submit. Grantee may waive informalities in the bids, may negotiate with any and all bidders, and may reject all bids if it is deemed in the best interest of Grantee.
