Site work for a water / sewer project in Aubrey, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the work necessary for the construction of water, sanitary, and drainage facilities to serve approximately 54 Acres in the City of Aubrey, Texas. The utilities package for Phase 1B and Phase 1C will be bid together, and will be at the owner's discretion on if they are awarded together. Certified/Cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid. The amount of said cashier's check or bond will be forfeited to the Owner and the bank or surety shall be liable to the Owner for the amount in the event the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract or furnish bonds as hereafter required within fifteen (15) days after the date of notice of award. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities.
