Security Alarm Monitoring Services. Question Deadline 02/02/2024 at 5:00 PM ET. Shall be submitted with proposal response in the form of certified funds, cashiers' check or an irrevocable letter of credit, a cash bond posted with the County Clerk, or proposal bond in a sum equal to 5% of the cost proposal. All checks shall be made payable to the Collier County Board of County Commissioners on a bank or trust company located in the State of Florida and insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Collier County reserves its right in any solicitation to accept or reject any or all bids, proposals or offers; to waive minor irregularities and technicalities; or to request resubmission. The County seeks bids by qualified Contractors for the monitoring of Security (Burglar) Alarms at county owned facilities. A qualified bidder will install and service new equipment, as well as service and maintain existing equipment. There are approximately forty-one (41) burglar alarms. Awarded vendors, at a minimum, should possess a Certified Alarm System Contractor I license.
