Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing addressed to Amanda Stabell (astabell@wendelcompanies.com) and to be given consideration, must be received prior to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 The works consists of the following improvements at the Village of Gowanda Wastewater Treatment Plant and Aldrich Pump Station upgrades, including the following items- New preliminary treatment facilities, new influent pump station, replacement of pumps at the Aldrich pump station, replacement of the primary sludge pumps, rehabilitation of the south secondary clarifier, new ultraviolet dis infection system, new piping and valves, associated site work, modifications to the SCADA system, mechanical heating and ventilation in the new preliminary treatment building, and electrical work for power and controls of the systems listed above.
