Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Southern Pines, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work will generally consist of one (1) block of sidewalk, curb & gutter, and storm water improvements, along with approximately 512 LF of 8 waterline replacement, that will all connect to existing Town of Southern Pines infrastructure. All work shall be completed within 180 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. liquidated damages, the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per day as set forth in Section 15 of the General Conditions of each and every calendar day agreed upon as reasonable due to public inconvenience, obstructing to traffic. Successful BIDDER is responsible to provide a performance and payment bond equal to 100% of the bid amount. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
