SEM Construction is Acting as the construction manager on behalf of Steeves & Rozema Group to deliver a new 160 bed long term care facility in Sarnia, Ontario. This tender package covers the construction of the architectural, structural, interior finish and exterior finish aspects of the new facility. The new Trillium Villa nursing home will span approximately 33,000 SF across 3 floors, resulting in a total of 100,000 SF of modern long-term care space. Any remaining trades/divisions not yet tendered will be tendered in March 2024.
