This event is to bid for a one-time purchase for TN Department of Environment & Conservation. Specifications and terms & conditions are attached. The contractor shall remove all existing sheathing, insulation, siding, exterior doors, and soffit. The contractor shall remove the hang down on the front porch. The contractor shall remove the oar and life jacket storage lean-to. 1) The contractor shall provide and install closed cell spray foam insulation to R-13 in exterior walls. 2) The contractor shall provide and install new zip-system sheathing system, Hardie woodgrain board and batten siding, and matching Hardie trim on all sides of building. Install per manufacturer's recommendations. 3) The contractor shall provide and install required framing and new Hardie solid soffit on front and back porches. 4) The contractor shall provide and install four new exterior, flush mount LED canopy lights and connect to power. 5) The contractor shall provide and install new exterior tinted storefront doors to replace all existing exterior doors. 6) The contractor shall provide and install new front porch decking with Lumberrock composite decking. 7) The contractor shall provide and install window tinting on all windows. 8) The contractor shall prep, caulk, and paint the siding on the covered boat dock with two coats. 9) The contractor shall provide and install a new prefabricated 8foot by 4foot oar and life jacket storage shed and support foundation to make level. 10) The contractor shall prep, caulk, and paint all siding, soffits, posts, and trim with two coats
