No proposals may be changed, amended, or otherwise, after the same has been submitted or filed in response to this notice. A proposal may be withdrawn, however, and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of sealed proposals. The proposer selected for award of the contract will be the proposer whose proposal is most advantageous and considered to be the "Best value" to the owner. The owner is not bound to accept the lowest priced proposal if it is not deemed to be the "best value" or in the best interest of the owner, as determined by the owner and construction manager. Selected proposers will be required to enter into bartlett cocke's master subcontractor agreement and work authorization or purchase order agreement. To be considered for a contract, each proposer must submit the subcontractor qualification form. Please do not submit subcontractor qualification form with your proposal. Overtime and expedited equipment deliveries may be required to meet the construction schedule. Owner and/or construction manager will not pay extra for any expenses required to meet the schedule. All work shall be completed in accordance with the required construction schedule.
