Demolition, site work and paving for a municipal facility in Round Rock, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
A single 10,000 sq. ft. steel building, including approximately 120' x 3 1/2' tall limestone wainscoting shall be demolished, removed and disposed of. The interior of the building contains six (6) HVAC units and HVAC ducting, multiple fluorescent lighting fixtures, structural steel posts, beams and trusses, steel siding and roofing. The existing foundation and asphalt parking lot/curbing shall remain in place. The Contractor shall include in their cost the removal of the existing 5' x 18' steel pole sign. Steel pole shall be cut off 6"-8" below grade. Fill hole with soil and compact flush to existing grade. The City of Round Rock requires the demolition services to be provided for the former NAPA Auto Parts Building located at I-35 Frontage Rd. and East Mc Neil Rd., Round Rock, Tx All work shall be completed within 4 weeks of receipt of a fully executed Purchase Order.
