Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) invites bids from qualified contractors to perform an office remodel located at 1825 Third Street Riverside, CA 92507. Prospective bidders shall possess a state of California contractor's Class "B" license to meet the requirements of the project. This is a prevailing wage project; therefore, the contractor and any subcontractors must be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations at the time of bid submittal. RTA anticipates award of a firm-fixed priced contract for this project. This is a prevailing wage project and is subject to the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) Prevailing Wage Requirements and related acts.
