Site work for an educational facility in Berkeley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Remove existing designated planting. Provide soil preparation, and shrub and tree planting. New soil to be brought in to raise soil level. Existing irrigation heads to be elevated. BIDDER QUALIFICATIONS: To allow the University to evaluate bidders, each bidder must submit with its bid, a Contractor's Special Statement of Experience. This Contractor's Special Statement of Experience must be provided on the Contractor's letterhead. If your firm provides inaccurate or incomplete information your firm will be found non-responsive. If your firm receives negative project references they may be found non-responsive. To be eligible for consideration of award, the Contractor's Special Statement of Experience must include: LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: C-27 - Landscaping Contractor
