Reference Number 0000339340 The Dutchess County Department of Public Works (DPW) is seeking proposals from qualified professional hazardous materials firms for the surveying, sampling, testing, and reporting; hazmat abatement design and project management; and project air monitoring at various Dutchess County owned buildings and structures on an ON-CALL basis. All work must comply with the standards and codes of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) and any and all applicable codes and laws. While Dutchess County anticipates a need for these services, there is no guarantee made that assignments will be made under this agreement.
