Renovation of an educational facility in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of February 14, 2024, This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The College shall not accept any Bid/RFP that is not on an official bid invitation form. Bids and Proposals (RFPs) must have an ORIGINAL signature and must be returned to Atlantic Cape Community College. Do not e-mail or fax your responses. The College is seeking a qualified contractor to upgrade and replace the existing lighting fixtures in the lobby area, first floor J-Building on the Mays Landing campus. This improvement will include the removal of existing lighting fixtures (3) from ceiling beam. The existing fixtures are to be preserved and surrendered to the Atlantic Cape's Facilities department. Existing electrical connections (3) in ceiling to be used for new fixture install. Required fixture specifications and count are listed as follows: Neo-Ray Define 2 - Two inch LED Suspended Pendant Direct lights (8) Floor protection during this project is required. Total cost to include all fixtures, supplies and labor, $.
