Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Orillia, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Township of Severn's Public Works Department is seeking a qualified Contractor for construction services involving in-place processing (pulverizing), Granular A base, hot mix asphalt resurfacing, concrete curb and gutter, drainage ditch improvements, non-structural culvert replacement, line marking and bike route signage on Brodie Drive, from Burnside Line to Carlyon Line (a distance of approximately 1,415 metres) and on Carlyon Line, from Brodie Drive to Division Road East (a distance of approximately 1,557 metres), in the Township of Severn. Severn is looking for qualified Contractors who have the resources, capacity, capability, and experience to complete the asphalt resurfacing and ditch drainage work no later than October 31, 2024. The tentative construction start date is June 3, 2024. This is an opportunity to provide the Township of Severn with your services and to demonstrate your ability and expertise in delivering quality asphalt resurfacing and drainage improvement projects, on budget and on time.
