Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greenfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of maintaining and repairing existing concrete skate park bowls, constructing new concrete skate park bowl, shaping of earthwork, setting drain grates, creating cast in place concave and convex shaped concrete, vertical and horizontal shotcrete, grinding rails, steel coping edges, concrete flat work. All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the City of Greenfield, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through online for bids to be accepted. Prospective bidders must be prequalified to submit a bid, see Instructions to Bidders. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within the 90-day period after the date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid, which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner.
