Site work, new construction and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Greenfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of a new park picnic shelter which includes an outdoor pavilion, restrooms, storage, and a warming room. Major work items include earthwork, concrete foundations, masonry walls, wood trusses, wood framing, asphalt shingles, lap siding, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work. Project is scheduled to begin in April with a completion in late summer. Contract #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, #8, #9, #10 & #11 for Concrete, Masonry, General Trades / Carpentry, Roofing, Siding, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Earthwork, Site Utilities, & Landscaping Bid security shall be by a qualified surety in the form of a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, and shall be submitted with the bid.
