Renovation of an educational facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SCOOPE OF WORK: System 16 is located in the South Basement of the Health Science Center. The unit was installed in 1995, all available documentation has been included in this narrative and within supporting attachments. System 16 components include an inline return fan, mixing section, filter section, hot water heating coil, chilled water cooling coil, and a belt drive plenum supply air fan. Substantial Completion shall be March 15, 2024 Final Completion shall be March 29, 20524 Question Deadline 01/17/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Liquidated Damages shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion and Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Final Completion. The following Bonds will be required with award Performance Bond Labor and Material Bond.
