Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the polished concrete flooring as identified in the drawings The March-Westin Company, Inc. would like to invite you to bid on the WVU Athletics Performance Center project for which March-Westin will be the Construction Manager. This project will be a renovation of an existing structure built in 1975 for West Virginia University.
