Renovation of a parking garage in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The Project consists of repair of the Spruce Street Parking Garage. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Contractor must complete Unit Price Table, but Contractor is responsible for completing all repairs included in the bid documents. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Morgantown Parking Authority, 300 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505, 304-284-7435. All checks shall be made payable to GAI Consultants. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted from the Engineer will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Engineer. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Engineer.
